1. Introduction
Welcome to Ortholink Logistics. By accessing our specialized courier services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with our general service terms, including liability limits on artisanal work transfers and clinical schedule synchronization protocols. Our mission is to provide precision transfers specifically engineered for orthodontic excellence across Australia.
2. Services
Ortholink Logistics provides high-precision scheduled and same-day priority express transfers for orthodontic clinics and dental laboratories. Our services include synchronized clinical scheduling, production timeline integration, and specialized cold chain solutions for inventory and high-value materials requiring direct-to-clinic courier handling.
3. Liability
Our liability is limited to the transport value of the technical orthodontic work unless additional coverage is specified in writing. We operate under strict handling protocols developed specifically for fragile clinical models, resins, and precision components to ensure artisanal care throughout the logistics chain.
4. Insurance & Liability
OrthoLink Logistics provides transport services only. While all reasonable care is taken in handling orthodontic items, the contents of parcels remain the responsibility of the sender. Clinics and laboratories are responsible for insuring the contents of shipments. OrthoLink Logistics holds public liability and vehicle insurance for courier operations.
5. Payments & Billing
Billing is generated based on the service tier selected—Scheduled Lab Transfers or Same-Day Priority Express. Payments are due according to the net terms established at the clinical account opening. Late payments may result in the temporary suspension of synchronized daily case management routes.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the precision service agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. Ortholink Logistics reserves the right to terminate service immediately in cases of non-compliance with safety protocols regarding temperature-controlled material handling or persistent billing delinquency.
7. Governing Law
These terms and any logistics service agreements are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from specialized technical transfers will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian legal system and relevant chain-of-custody validation standards.
